In addition to our standard products, together with our customers, we develop new products suitable for different environmental and climatic conditions that meet the expectations, needs, and demands of the market in which they are located or which they target. We create strong, competitive, and long-term cooperations, grow and develop together with our customers, by means of different and flexible working methods such as the supply of finished products, disassembled products or equipment with the vehicle. This flexible structure, which enables us to offer equipment with unique designs customized in accordance with the local conditions of the markets we serve, contributes to the increase in the market power of our customers with whom we cooperate. We provide this flexibility with the power we get from our expert project team that can perform different projects simultaneously, experienced production and support staff, and our technological infrastructure.


Integrated digital process management infrastructure…

We have ensured our quality by standardizing our products and processes. In order to work in a more effective and efficient way based on data with the understanding of “Management with Processes”, we have started the process of “Digital Transformation” and we are developing it each day. In addition to increasing the use of ready-made programs that have proven their success in order to carry out our management system processes in a correct and healthy way, we have developed our own ERP software with the IT department within our group and put our integration module in practice. We continue to develop our infrastructure according to our needs which change day by day. We manage our planning (Ms.Project), design (Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault) analysis (ANSYS), balanced control and verification (Recurdyn), quality document management system (QDMS), customer relations management (CRM), production planning, production tracking, quality control, inventory management (ERP) processes with our integrated digital infrastructure and ensure our quality.

Our strongest supporter in the testing stages, together with our sister company and our customer ORTEM, which is active in the waste collection and city cleaning industry, ensures that our equipment are tested under real conditions and thus, we can determine the needs of the user regarding the equipment in concrete terms. We subject the first prototypes of our designed equipment to field tests under real conditions for a minimum period of 6 months. Within the scope of the field test, we check our equipment weekly and monthly at variable frequency intervals, and obtain the developments we want to observe in detail with the whole of their extent. The existence of ORTEM provides a unique support for design inputs at the product development stage, and it is very effective in gaining both time and new perspectives in determining the analysis of structural effects on the products to be designed.

We provide the personnel of our customers and/or end users with remote or on-site support, service and training service on matters that they may need, such as usage, maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, spare parts supply. Our ability to immediately intervene in possible problems, remote access to electronic circuits, quick spare parts supply and delivery are the primary reasons for the long-term cooperation we have established with our customers.
