Orakçı Makina provides remote or on-site service in all matters such as maintenance, fault detection, troubleshooting, troubleshooting, equipment installation in line with the needs and demands of its customers and/or end users. Spare Parts Supply and Product Warranty

Orakçı Makina provides its customers with a user manual, maintenance and spare parts booklet and warranty certificate with each of its products. In the "Spare Parts" section of these booklets, spare part codes and spare parts for the product are defined.

A 10-year spare parts supply guarantee is provided for each product manufactured. A one-year warranty is provided for its products against nonconformities arising from manufacturing and assembly, except for the usage errors of the customers.


Orakçı Makina continues its support after sales by providing the necessary theoretical and practical training with the participation of its experienced technical team to the business partners it works with abroad for the first assembly, commissioning and correct use of the products it has produced in different specifications, finished or disassembled, for different regions of the world. All trainers are selected from employees who have worked with Orakçı equipment for a long time and have high knowledge of the products and practical skills. The aim of the training is to provide customers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to enable their employees to carry out service, repair, diagnostic and maintenance work on Orakçı equipment.
