Today, we are aware that the concept of quality is not only to meet customer expectations but to offer products and services exceeding these expectations. In this context, we try to analyze the expectations and demands of our customers. We evaluate all positive and negative data we receive from our customers at the point of product and/or service and reflect our new works as products or services or as new design inputs within the form of improvements. We periodically certify our quality with EN 280, EN 12999, EN 1501, EN 13019, ISO 9001 certificates which we have presented in accordance with CE standards in Europe and TSE standards in Turkey.
